Reze88 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documentation from any member at any time. Failure or refusal to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account.
Reze88 takes active measures to prevent underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an individual under the age of 18 will be terminated immediately, and all funds in that account may be forfeited.
Each individual may only register and hold one active Reze88 account at any given time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of account balances.
During registration, members are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name (as shown on a valid identification document), an active email address, an active Malaysian mobile number, and your correct date of birth. Reze88 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time.
Should any information provided during registration or at a later date be found to be inaccurate, false, or misleading, Reze88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account without prior notice and without any liability to the member.
All deposits on Reze88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20. Reze88 does not impose an overall maximum deposit limit; however, limits may be applied by your payment provider or set by you personally through the deposit limit feature in your account settings.
The following deposit methods are accepted by Reze88:
Reze88 does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond Reze88's control. Funds deposited into your Reze88 account are for entertainment purposes only and do not accrue interest or any other financial return.
Important Note: Reze88 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the same member's name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may result in account suspension and the return of the deposited funds.
Reze88 members may withdraw cash (non-bonus) funds from their accounts at any time, subject to the following conditions. The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM50. The maximum daily withdrawal is RM50,000 for standard accounts and may be increased for VIP accounts that have completed full identity verification.
All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been registered and verified under the same member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Reze88 reserves the right to suspend or hold any withdrawal for identity verification, anti-fraud, or legal compliance purposes. Members will be informed of the reason for the hold and the documents required to complete the review.
Reze88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new members, weekly reload bonuses, loss cashback, free spins, and promotions tied to sporting tournaments and specific games. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

Reze88 Welcome Bonus: New members who register and make their first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to RM1,500. All games on Reze88 have specific rules available in the help or information section of each game. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Reze88 is not liable for losses resulting from a member's failure to understand the game rules.
For slots, the minimum bet is RM0.10 and the maximum bet is determined by the game provider. For Live Casino tables, the minimum and maximum bet limits are clearly displayed at each table before a member joins. Bet limits for Sports Betting are determined by bet type, market, and the significance of the match.
Use of the Reze88 platform is strictly for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable:
Reze88 employs advanced fraud detection technology to monitor all activity on the platform. Any suspicious betting patterns will be thoroughly investigated, and Reze88 reserves the right to withhold winnings found to have resulted from fraudulent activity.
Members are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their reze88 account. This includes using a strong password, not sharing login credentials with anyone, logging out when using a shared device, and ensuring that any device used to access reze88 is free from malware.
Reze88 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from Reze88 that requests such sensitive information, it is a fraudulent attempt and should be reported to us at support@reze88.biz immediately.
Reze88 takes the privacy and personal data protection of all members seriously. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of members' personal information is governed by the reze88 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and is available at Privacy Policy page us.
In brief, Reze88 collects information necessary for service provision, identity verification, transaction processing, and legal compliance. Member information is never sold to third parties. Reze88 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between a member's device and Reze88's servers.

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the Reze88 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible cash balances will be returned to the member via their registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited.
Reze88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
In cases where an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, Reze88 reserves the right to withhold all balances in the account while an investigation is conducted. The Reze88 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or completeness. Reze88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
Reze88's maximum liability to any member in connection with claims arising from the use of the platform is limited to the total amount of cash deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Reze88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to operational needs, regulatory changes, or service improvements. Any material changes will be communicated to members at least 7 days before taking effect, via registered email and in-platform notifications on Reze88.
Continued use of the Reze88 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you may request account closure before those changes take effect.
